PerfectionPut simply, every humidor should have a generous amount of Monte 2's. They are the most amazing smoke and guaranteed perfection every time. Truly the benchmark of what any Cuban should be. I can't believe what I am getting each time I see the price when I check out. Do yourself a favour - buy a box.....now!!!

A big boy smokeA big bold cigar. A bit much for me. I get worn out in the last third. Big flavor, consistent smoke. Nice if you have the time.

Great alternative to the Cohiba brandEnjoyed this magnificent cigar poolside after lighting up a Behike 52 earlier in the night and right away you could taste the sweet chocolate flavors of this cigar great draw and a great burn and I can see why this cigar was the #1 cigar in the world in 2013

Great CigarFirst let me say that the first box I got the caps were all split and wrappers cracked, but Customer service was exceptional and sent a new box. These are a great smoke for any special occasion.

Best TorpedoThis is an absolutely gorgeous cigar, probably the best and most generously well sized and proportioned torpedo I've had from Cuba. Be careful when cutting the topedo end, because you don't need to cut high up as this cigar provides mouthfuls of smoke.
Milder than I expected, but the flavours are divine.Posted on

My personal referenceYou can tell this is no ordinary cigar since the first puff, I am truly amazed by this cigar and its high degree of complexity. Unmatched until now, it's my reference when smoking other cigars. My best so far.

Beautiful cigarAmazing amount of complexity right down to the last 2cm - which is where I smoked it down to. Coffee, earth, cedar, chocolate and tobacco notes interchanged during this cigar, with coffee being predominant. Well balanced, medium/strong bodied cigar with rich aromas and flavours. No harsh notes and doesn't burn hot.

ClassicI wanted to add that there are the surprisingly pleasant flavors of red meat and wine toward the final two inches of this classic cigar.

Very nice classic cigarThis is one of my favorites. When I opened the box, the cigars looked a little light in color, but had a nice smell and I let them rest before lighting one up.
The first one that I had had a great draw and burn, but seemed a little light in terms of the intensity of flavor. It began nicely, slightly perfumed, a little leather, and then progressed as I smoked it, but not a lot of flavor, spice or pepper compared to what I am used to. Second cigar was like the first. I think I'll let these age a year or two and see what happens. Glad it smoked so nicely.Posted on
