Getting Better...This Monte #2 was of the same batch that I previously reviewed three months ago (ordered from CT). I was hoping that those three months sitting in my humidor had allowed for some improvements. They did! Unlike the last time, the draw was not hard at first. It had a smooth consistent draw throughout. This time around the flavors were more prominent. Again, aroma coming off the foot was almost as good as smoking the cigar itself. If one thinks about it, cigar foot smoke is sometimes the first impression we get of a cigar. The only construction flaw (and it was very minor) was the presence of a little bump maybe a third up the stick. Nothing "popped" when it burned. This was another very pleasant smoke.

Great ExperienceJust had my first Monte #2 from CT. Great stick - would have rated it a 5, but draw was very tight. It could have been that I didn't cut enough from the cap. I re-rate with my next one.

A legendary smoke for a reasonPerhaps the most beautifukky made Cigar from a construction standpoint , absolutely stunning. Mild to medium with cocoa notes and the most sbutle hint of ground cinnamon. Just lovely.
