Top Cigar...Best Customer ServiceCigar Terminal’s customer service is second to none. I called twice prior to my first 6 box order which included my favorite cigar...the Montecristo #2.
It’s a very personalized shopping experience and if you have any questions about anything from cigar taste, quality and shipping just call. Shipping to the US was quick and packaging was perfect...just as promised!!
Now onto this Montecristo #2. Box was fresh, draw and taste outstanding. What a good experience.

Simply amazingFirst off, Cigar Terminal’s customer service is second to none. It’s a very personalized shopping experience if you have any questions about anything. Mary has been fantastic to email with, and very timely responses. Now onto this Montecristo #2. Just wow. This was my first order with CT and will NOT be my last. I’m not a regular smoker but I appreciate quality when I do light one up. The flavor, draw, quality, and “experience” with this cigar was worth every penny. My friends lucky enough to have shared in smoking one with me absolutely rave about how good they are. I purchased them last fall and stored them in a refrigerated humidor and I swear they have only gotten better. Every single cigar has been perfect, no defects, no complaints and absolutely genuine without question. My next purchase will be soon in time for golf season. Looking at Cohiba Robustos SLB 25. Stick with what works right? I’ll post a review of those once I’ve ordered. Also, shipping was super quick... I think it was a week from order until delivery to NE US. They were well packed and received in perfect condition. Thanks again Mary and the entire CT team!

Not a good drawOnly issue I have with the Montecristo #2 is the draw. 3 of the first 5 or 6 in the box after a week in the humidor was very tight and needed punched a few times.

My go to smokeI have smoked Behikes, Cohiba Piramides and I have to say the No.2 is my favorite cigar. It's a smooth smoke with earthy tones through out the entire cigar. I received my 25 box on 02/27/19 and the box was dated Jun 18. Cigar Terminal shipping was spot on and they where very well protected. I will only buy from this vendor in the future
