THE point of comparisonThere is a reason this cigar is considered one of the finest out of Cuba. While I enjoy other torpedoes/Piramides, this is the basis for comparison...lighter or heavier than the Montecristo No.2...spicier or less spicy...greater or less smoke....stronger or lighter aftertaste...this is the cigar upon which the comparisons for this viola are made. I will always have it in my humidor (2 boxes right now).

Lives up to its reputationI purchased a box of 25 of these cigars for a wedding present (and kept a couple for myself). I finally got around to smoking this wonderful cigar. It does, indeed, live up to its reputation. Construction is near perfect. Draw is very good. Flavor is subtly complex and creamy. No spice to speak of. Mild on the nicotine. The flavor does transition from very mild to somewhat stronger. Overall, I need to smoke this cigar, side by side, with the Romeo y Julieta Wide Churchill to determine which is the best cigar ever. I know its a tough job; but, someone has to do it! :-)

Worth Every Penny!I've been a fan of this cigar for years. Very difficult to obtain in the US until I found this site. I use to get them in Aruba - but the prices are outrageous - the quote i got a month ago was unbelievable - the store in Aruba wanted almost $700.00 for a box of 20. Cigar Terminal is an awesome vendor and I'll continue to buy from them 1st! The Montecristo No.2 is the most satisfying cigar I've found to date. Regardless of your status in cigar smoking - you won't be sorry! Enjoy! Joe

A winner every timeReceived a box 6 months ago. Box is dated Sept 15. The cigar's construction, appearance, feel and aroma were all wonderful.
Have smoked 15 already and everyone is perfect. No problems with burn or draw on any cigar. Flavours are wonderful. Easy to understand why this is one of the best cigars in the world.Posted on

My favorite cigarAs most folks know, this beauty has been a highly rated cigar for decades. It is my favorite cigar. It burns cool, clean and even.
A very enjoyable smoke. I love everything about it.
