Great cigarMy favorite cigar, had one with 5-7 years of age on it and it absolutely rocked! I'll tell you, if you have the $$ buy a couple of boxes and let them age... That's what I plan on doing!

Spice and SweetnessThis is without a doubt one of the best Cuban cigars you can smoke.
Smell it and it is something special, cut and take in a draw you can taste that spice that there known for.
Light it and the perfect draw and wonderful spice (might be to strong for the novice) and it continues to evolve into one of the greatest Cuban cigars you ever had.

Outstanding flavors from this youngsterI just received this Jan 2011 box and had to have one right away but thought they may need more time. I'm immediately taken by this robusto. Rich leather pours out right from the start. I pick up some cherry with it and there is a fine clean cinnamon type spice that's not overpowering. Midway through it shifts toward a wood base but works back toward leather in the last third. This time its accompanied by paprika. There is a slight spice all the way through and it is a bit rough around the edges which I blame on the age.
Overall a wonderful experience for such a young smoke. While I'm interested in aging some of these as I'm sure it will be rewarding, that may be difficult because of the way they taste now.Posted on

Does not get any better!The legendary Partagas Serie D No. 4 is one of the best Cuban cigars available today. I normally don't even like this size vitola, but this cigar transforms aversion into love, abhorrence into adoration, and loathing into exaltation.
And, it gives you a true taste of what Cuban cigars are all about, and why they continue to reign supreme. After tasting this depth of earthiness you too will want to wax poetic, or at least become a bit of a sensationalist. But after smoking one of the finest cigars in the world, it will keep the innards of your mouth salivating for days afterward while keeping your mind busy trying to find the words to describe your wonderful experience. A great Cuban cigar with a great character.One of the best true Habanos with a great character. This cigar has a wonderful aroma blend and excellent medium bodied taste. A must have for any Cuban cigar aficionado.
