I personally think this is the best cigar I've ever had. I've had several cigars that I like but this is it for me. Really smooth creamy long lasting just a real enjoyable smoke - Classic , 12/14/2014 By Nicholas

There is a reason this one is consistently on top. It's arguable the best all-around cigar being manufactured today by any brand at this price point. Buy them. You won't be disappointed! - Great daily smoke , 12/7/2014 By Walt

The Monte No. 4 was one of the first cigars I smoked regularly. It was good and I smoked it because I heard so much about it. That being said I feel that Montes are like the Fords of the cigar world. They are reliable and therefore popular, but by no means the best in the market. Popularity is too often mistaken for a measure of high quality. The ferraris, to me, are the H. Upmanns, Hoyo de Monterrays and Romeo Y Julietas (to name a few) That being said, the Monte No. 4 is a quick smoke with a good draw and nice strong smoke. As a long retired cigarette smoker I enjoy a good amount of smoke still. This cigar delivers. - Great , 5/8/2014 By J

Montecristo No.4 - 25 cigars are perfect for what they are, daily smoker, that you can offer to friends. Great starting smoke, they are a staple in my collection. - Monte 4 , 5/5/2014 By Sean

The Montecristo No.4 - 25 cigars is what many consider to be the quintessential standard Cuban cigar. It's the perfect size if you only have 45 min to 1 hour to smoke. Although I have no problem making this last an hour & a half by babying it. It has all the classic tastes of a typical Montecristo, a little spice, cedar, a bit of caramel sweetness on the finish. A great little cigar! - Earthy cigar... , 1/24/2014 By Patrick

Smoked several of these from the same year as the box (2013). Burn was great, plenty of smoke and great draw, nearly perfect in that respect. Flavours were a bit disappointing, however. First third was overwhelmingly earthy, disguising any other flavours that might have been present. Into the second third and the earthy flavours muted slightly, and a hint of coffee managed to peek through. Final third was much like the second. Was a little disappointed by the lack of creaminess or sweetness, but could have been because my palate was blown from the overwhelming earthiness of the first third. - Great Cigar! , 4/28/2013 By Joseph

It's the Montecristo No.4, there is not much left to be said about one of, if not, the most popular cigar in the world.
The Monte No.4 has long been considered the benchmark that all other petit coronas are held to. It's a great performer with medium-mild flavour that is quintessential of the Montecristo brand. If you're looking for a high quality small smoke at a great price, the Montecristo No. 4 is a great place to start. It's a great cigar to have in the humidor for guests who like a nice, mild cigar that still delivers on flavour. - Always Reliable , 8/15/2011 By PollyWolly (The Cigar Bird)

Another winner from Montecristo. With good draw, voluminous smoke, great scents of light woody earthiness that Monty's are famous for in almost all their line.
Burns evenly while smoking fairly cool. This is a great one for having with a cup of your favorite espresso in the morning. Total bliss. And the price from CT cannot be beat, or even matched anywhere on the net.
Just writing about this little bad boy is starting to make me drool. Hope I don't get any on my pants.
