Appearance:
A rustic looking Maduro wrapper that is quite oily. Good foot and a well applied triple cap.
Smoking Notes:
Before lighting up
The pre-draw delivers spice and honey flavors.
Burn/ Draw
Easy draw and uniform in its burn.
Initial third:
The first puffs are of cedar, and like a good Cuban, has just a hint of spice. The start is quite mild but the power increases little by little.
Middle third:
The second third, some strong leather notes appear and the stick is getting stronger, it's still medium-bodied though.
Final third:
The final third is rather earthy and close to full-bodied. Nice flavor, Not very complex but still an excellent “go-to” cigar as an everyday smoke.
In summary, a great everyday type of smoke. Never disappoints. A classic Cuban.

By mu - The construction is not as good as old Punch Punch. The taste is there. draw is ok, but burn is not very good, maybe store for a bit and it will get better. but for a very hard on the market cigar, it worth the price.

By R M - This was my first Cuban Punch. I suppose I should have let it set a while longer in the humidor, but I couldn't wait. It had a distinctive Cuban pre-light aroma, somewhat like a clean hay barn and fresh grass. The foot aroma after lighting was great. The burn was good for the most part. There was one side that burned hot, and caused a little bit of a wavy line. There was good smoke production. An overall delightful smoke. I'm looking forward to getting some age on these

By Jacob - Has that great Punch classic taste. Had a few that were a little tightly rolled near the cap, but only a few in the box were like that. The rest, great draw, lots of smoke in every puff, even burn, great taste. Would definitely buy again!

Salty....but in a good way

By Walt - Unappreciated....never my go to smoke, but when I do smoke one, I think ......why aren't I smoking more of these. Salty on the lips, cocoa on the palate. I need to quit taking this stick for granted.
