Punch Punch Tubos comes in green aluminum tubes with Habanos Packing Code CB-UW-C/S-10-A/T-10

Appearance:
A rustic looking Maduro wrapper that is quite oily. Good foot and a well applied triple cap.
Smoking Notes:
Before lighting up
The pre-draw delivers spice and honey flavors.
Burn/ Draw
Easy draw and uniform in its burn.
Initial third:
The first puffs are cedary like a good classic Cuban, with just a hint of spice. The start is quite mild but the power increases little by little.
Middle third:
The second third, some strong leather notes appear and the stick is getting stronger, it's still medium-bodied though.
Final third:
The final third is rather earthy and close to full-bodied. Nice flavor, but rather one dimensional. Still an excellent “go-to” cigar as an everyday smoke.
In summary, a great everyday type of smoke. Never disappoints. A classic Cuban.

Recently purchased two boxes of ten in the tubos.
My opinion is that for some reason they are much better than the cabinets of 25. Possibly because each cigar is encased in it's own protective container.
What made me a bit hesitant was because of a trade I did with a cigar friend, receiving 5 nicely aged Punch-Punch.
Sadly, all of the cigars were severely plugged.
The story with my purchase of the tubos was the complete opposite.
Great construction and draw and of course, the great Punch profile and flavors. -
A Cuban Legend

Been smoking the Punch-Punch since the 1990's and is a Cuban Legend.
In my opinion, the recent tubos I purchased smoke much better than the ones in the cabinet.
For some reason, the recent ones I have tried that were given to me from cabinets tend to be plugged.
The tubos I purchased were excellent and like the ones of old. Might have something to do with thin cedar sleeves that many of the tubes have.
Who knows but an excellent smoke when you get ones with no plugs and good construction. -

Cigar for the cold days.
Powerful cigar !!! one of my favorites from the island of Cuba.
Full-bodied and great flavors of almonds and tobacco and wood ...
Not a cigar for beginners! Be very careful when burning this Cuban jewel, leaving it guarded by some messes will make it rounder and smoother. -
