The series D is definitely one of my new favorites. Has great flavor and burns even with an ash that stays to almost 2 inches. The strength is medium and grows stronger as you get to the end. Never overpowering and makes for a great smoke after a meal !! - Fabuloso , 6/19/2015 By Jacob

These are by far the best Robustos on offer. Do yourself and get a box and enjoy them!

These are beautiful robustos with nice, dark brown wrappers. Unique earthy and woodsy flavors dominate the first half of the cigar, transitioning to a delicious sweetness as you approach the end. Ordered these back in December, fired one up today with my golf/smoking buddy. Smoked a Montecristo Petit Edmundo on the front nine and the Partagas Serie D No.4 on the back. I liked them both but the Partagas Serie D No.4 had the strength that I'm used to. Cigar was well packed with no soft spots and burned fantastic. Still a little young, yet my first impression was that these will be a favorite smoke of mine once they age awhile. Great construction, the burn was flawless, draw was a little tighter than I prefer... Smoke was slight due to the tighter draw but creamy. Flavors were of roasted marshmallow, citrus, woodsy, nutty. Finish was short w/ a hint of pepper towards the last 3rd. I'm gonna give these babies a little longer to soak/age and then try another. I'm sure I won't be disappointed!
