The Romeo y Julieta No.1 Tubos is a smooth and rich medium Corona, 5.5” (140mm) long, of 40 ring gauge, and comes in aluminum tubes in a 25 cigars box. Therefore it stays in good condition even outside a humidor. So it is ready to be open at any occasion, and thanks to its amazing construction, it can be enjoyed from the beginning until the very end of it. There are no strong or intense flavors, just a pleasant mix of smooth flavors, wood, coffee, chocolate and some of leather and floral tones. Altogether they make this a cigar that will appeal to both the experienced smoker and the newcomer to Cuban stogies.

Mid Day favoriteMany people need a short and mid-day smoke and the Nr 1 is the best for that in my opinion. Smooth, with complex flavors. Nutty and woody. Very Characteristic of Romeo & Julieta. Aging is preferred for at least 2 years. A sip of Malt whiskey goes very well! .It takes around 1- 1.hr 15 min

A fine cigarI've been smoking the Romeo y Julieta No. 1 for years now. I keep coming back to them because of the smooth medium flavour at a reasonable price. It does lack complexity in the flavour however but it is an excellent beginner cigar. I also suggest ageing it for at least 8 months to bring out more flavours.
