This Monte #2 was of the same batch that I previously reviewed three months ago (ordered from CT). I was hoping that those three months sitting in my humidor had allowed for some improvements. They did! Unlike the last time, the draw was not hard at first. It had a smooth consistent draw throughout. This time around the flavors were more prominent. Again, aroma coming off the foot was almost as good as smoking the cigar itself. If one thinks about it, cigar foot smoke is sometimes the first impression we get of a cigar. The only construction flaw (and it was very minor) was the presence of a little bump maybe a third up the stick. Nothing "popped" when it burned. Perhaps the most beautifukky made Cigar from a construction standpoint , absolutely stunning. Mild to medium with cocoa notes and the most sbutle hint of ground cinnamon. Just lovely. - Perfection , 4/27/2016 By Simon

Put simply, every humidor should have a generous amount of Monte 2's. They are the most amazing smoke and guaranteed perfection every time. Truly the benchmark of what any Cuban should be. I can't believe what I am getting each time I see the price when I check out. Do yourself a favour - buy a box.....now!!!
