My absolute favourite cigar. Similar in flavour to the royal corona but with the bonus of being a pyramid shape.

The Bolivar Belicosos Finos is a bold smoke, but not too bold, and is easy to control. Excellent draw and combustion with an even burn, construction is consistently near perfect, and the character is stunning (deep earthy and spicy notes) all the way down to the nub. From the initial black pepper bite to the leathery mocha white pepper finish, this one is THE ONE.

I've been through 15-20 cabinets of these over a period of about ten years and I am still blown away by them. I have smoked a lot of cigars, and some very expensive ones, but this experience for this price? Unbeatable!

Pulled one cigar from the Humi thats been laying away for six months. What a smoke. Great luscious puffs... Sweet just spicy enough. What a great drawing cigar. Spongy and smooth. This is the draw for me. Much more flavor and spice than you would expect from the onset. The middle of this smoke is as good as it gets. And the finish, bring out the roach clip, it cant be put down.

These are just great cigars and smoking so well right now.
Bolivar Belicosos Finos pack the Bolivar punch but burn cool and provide an ample flavor profile.
Pre-light is a toasty sweetness with deep tobacco and cocoa hints. These cigars are a Colorado color with a few veins here or there, but overall a great looking cigar with a good hand weight. The first half shows cocoa, saltiness, hints of orange peel and of course a good amount of spice.
The last half continues in spice with cocoa and a unique earthiness that exemplifies Bolivar cigars.
Overall this cigar burns cool and fairly evenly, and packs a good kick with a good depth of flavor and body.
If you are smart, you will order a box, if you are even smarter you will order three and age a few boxes for 2-3 years.

This is my favorite of all of the Bolivar line-up. The sight and great smell of these cigars are mouth watering. I enjoy these after dinner with a good blended scotch. These Cuban cigars do pack a good punch just to warn you. Bolivar Belicosos Finos are definitely full bodied cigars and probably are not a good idea for the beginners to start with. The price is also attractive on these with Cigar Terminal, not bad for a great smoke. Enjoy!
Always A Good Friend , 11/8/2011 By PollyWolly (The Cigar Bird)

A solid performer, the Bolivar Belicoso Fino is an impressive cigar from head to foot. It possesses good looks, a firm roll, and a nice heft that is felt immediately upon picking it up.

Once lit, it burns evenly and easily, without going out or smoking hot, just a nice even burn that stays cool and always provides a lush mouthful of tasty white smoke. Its aroma has an appealingly rustic characteristic that enhances the sweet core of flavor. Unlike the Monty #2 or the H. Upmann #2, both known for their light-to-medium-bodied silkiness, the Bolivar has more grip to its smoke. An absolutely perfect cigar for a windy day on the golf course.

Almost the entire line of Bolivar are known for their attractive price points, and therefore has become a leader in value- priced Habanos.
I can honestly say that I am seldom without a couple of boxes of Bolivar cigars and use them almost exclusively for winning over new Cuban cigar smokers without breaking the bank.

Or better yet, a great choice for that really big single malt Scotch or single barrel Bourbon. This cigar has many friends and no enemies. More than I can say about a lot of people.

Received two boxes from Cigar Terminal. Upon opening the box, I was greeted with a wonderful sight and aroma. The cigars are a lovely Colorado shade, glistening with oils and the SLB presentation is beautiful, the fragrance is of cocoa.

At just under one year old, the cigars taste wonderful, classic young Bolivar, strong and brash but so tasty. With an additional 2-3 years, I see these cigars being stellar.
