Cohiba

Cohiba was created in the mid-1960s at El Laguito, a small factory in Havana set up for it, and for years its cigars were kept for Cuba's leaders and given as diplomatic gifts. It reached the world market in 1982 with three sizes, the Lancero, the Corona Especial and the Panetela. In 1992, for the 500th anniversary of Columbus's arrival in the Americas, Habanos added the Linea 1492, the Siglo I to V, and the Siglo VI followed in 2002.
We carry the classic line (Lanceros, Coronas Especiales, Panetelas, Exquisitos, Robustos, Esplendidos), the Siglo I to VI, the Maduro 5 (Secretos, Magicos, Genios), the Behike BHK 52, 54 and 56, the Medio Siglo and Piramides Extra, the Club, Mini and Short cigarillos, and a selection of limited editions, Reservas and humidors.
The Cohiba sold in the United States is a separate Dominican brand made by General Cigar; this page is the Cuban original.
