Shipping Charges

We charge a worldwide flat shipping fee of 25.00 USD. Combined with our very low cigar prices, our customers get the most savings no matter how big their order is. 

Methods Of Payment

We accept almost all major credit cards – Visa and American Express – plus wire transfers as methods of payment. Sorry, but we can not accept checks or COD’s (Cash On Delivery).

Please make sure that your billing address associated with your credit card is the SAME as your billing address you enter when placing the order online.

All orders are subject to confirmation by Cigar Terminal. All prices and other terms and conditions are subject to change until Cigar Terminal confirms delivery.

Shipping Details

We ship in the original boxes with the bands. Your cigars will arrive fresh and in original impeccable condition. We vacuum pack all boxes and stuff the shipping boxes with foam so as to reduce any movement during transit.

All of our packages come in unmarked boxes by SwissPost. Delivery is approximately 4 - 7 business days for most of Europe, 6 - 10 business days for North America and 7 - 15 business days for Middle East, Asia and Pacific Rim.

Customs and Duties Information:

All rates and taxes applicable in the destination country shall be the responsibility of the customer. We suggest you contact your customs agency for further information. We will not be liable for any delay on the order delivery caused by customs services. Please note that we are not responsible for any duties, tariffs, taxes, or other restrictions imposed by the destination country. Tobacco related laws differ from one country to another and any VAT, taxes, or customs, if applicable, shall be paid upon receipt of shipment. The customer is responsible to know their own countries tobacco import laws and regulations before placing their order.

There are countries where importation of Cuban goods may be prohibited. Please make sure you know the applicable laws pertaining to the purchase and importation of Cuban Cigars from abroad.

e understand that we are not in a position to be fully aware of all regulations pertaining to customs offices all over the world. We assume that each customer is fully aware of the conditions and regulations applied by its domestic customs system.

Out of Stock

We will NOT process your credit card until we have confirmed your order and we verify we still have the item(s) in stock. If Cigar Terminal does not have the product in stock at the time of purchase, we will inform you accordingly.

Refund Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order such as defective product, wrong quantity or item shipped or freight damage, we guarantee you a 100% refund, excluding shipping expenses, which will be credited in your Cigar Terminal account. At least 96% of the order must be returned in its original package to Cigar Terminal within 7 days of the product receipt. In case of lost shipments, Cigar Terminal guarantees the reshipment of the order, if the non-reception of the order is proved.

 Returns for cigars will only be accepted with original cellophane sleeves, tubes, or other "individual" packaging still intact. Please note that Clearance Items and Cigar Seconds are not covered by this policy and because taste is such a personal thing, we will not accept returns for or cigars that you just do not like the flavor of and that have no quality issues.

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the condition or freshness of any of our cigars or if you receive damaged merchandise, simply contact us, let us know the problem, and we will give you full return instructions and replace your order.

All our cigars are stored in climate controlled conditions with a relative humidity of 65-68% at 16-18C to ensure quality and freshness.

Special & Banned Destinations

Due to tax or trade restrictions, Cigar Terminal cannot ship Cuban cigars to the following countries: Afghanistan, Bhutan, Central African Republic, Comoros, Lebanon, Libya, Iran, Iraq, Myanmar, North Korea, Sao Tome & Principe, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tokelau Islands, Wake Island.
