Trinidad

Trinidad dates from 1969 and was first made at El Laguito, the Havana factory of Cohiba. For almost thirty years it was not sold: like the early Cohiba, it was kept for gifts to foreign diplomats. Habanos launched it publicly in February 1998 with a single size, the Fundadores, a long, slim 7 1/2 x 40 cigar. Trinidad is now made in Pinar del Rio.
