Rocky Patel

Rocky Patel was a lawyer in Los Angeles before he turned to cigars. He began selling cigars under the Indian Tabac name in the mid-1990s, and in 2003 released the Vintage 1990, the first cigar to carry his own name. It went on to appear twice on Cigar Aficionado's Top 25 list, and the company later took his name as Rocky Patel Premium Cigars.

The Vintage series is still the heart of the range, from the Vintage 1990 and 1992 to the Vintage 1999, 2003 and 2006. Around it sit The Edge, in Corojo, Maduro and Connecticut versions, the Decade, and lines such as Number 6, White Label and DBS (Double Broadleaf Selection).

Few makers offer as many lines, which makes Rocky Patel an easy brand to explore, with something for every palate and budget.
