The Cohiba Piramides Extra is a rich and powerful Torpedo, 6.3” (160mm) long, of 54 ring gauge, and comes in aluminum tubes in a pack of 3 cigars. Released in 2012 as a regular production cigar, this cigar is one of the the newest vitolas in the most exclusive line of the most prestigious Habanos brand. Released in 2020 to celebrate Juan Lopez’ 150th anniversary and the 30th anniversary of La Casa del Habano franchise network. This is why this cigar stands out, with its highly lacquered luxury box which stays shut thanks to magnets. The vitola used for this Seleccion Especial is the very rarely used Fortuna, similar to a Double Robusto. The cigar is rolled to perfection and is medium bodied, offering plenty of wood, spices and other Cuban flavors. It goes very well next to a light lunch or as an early evening smoke.
