The Trinidad Casilda Colección Habanos is a La Casa Del Habanos exclusive release, a 7.28” (185mm) by 53, and comes in a book-shaped box of 24 cigars. Released in 2019, this is the perfect collectors’ item as its supply is surely very rare, being sold exclusively at La Casa Del Habanos stores and as only 3,000 boxes have been produced, each box being numbered from 1 to 3,000. As it is part of the Colección Habanos, it comes in a mandatory and very elegant book-shaped wooden cabinet, which never offered that many cigars except the “Obras Completas” Edition (released in 2011) which holds 30 cigars. As expected is among the pricier cigars out of Cuba.

The cigar itself is also unique; being of Sobresalientes No.2 vitola (Double Robusto shape), it is a massive cigar, perfectly rolled with tobacco grown in the Vuelta Abajo region. As every Trinidad cigar, the triple cap ends with the typical Trinidad pigtail.

The Cohiba Behike 56 is a very rich and complex medium bodied Laguito No.6, 6.5” (166mm) long, of 56 ring gauge, and comes in a 10 cigars box. It comes in a gorgeous sleek black box that has a fabric underside and a magnet latch. Released in 2010, the Behike 56 is part of the Behike series, the most exclusive series from the Cohiba brand. The BHK 56 is longer and of larger ring gauge than the BHK 52 and BHK 54. Habanos SA wanted to redefine the standard of Cuban cigars and thus released these amazing cigars. It comes in a gorgeous sleek black box of 10 that has a fabric underside and a magnet latch. Like the BHK 52 and BHK 54, the tobacco leaves used in the filler of the BHK 56 are, among others, of medio tiempo, which are the top two leaves that grow at the very top of some tobacco plants. The Partagas Seleccion Privada 2014 is a rich medium-full bodied Double Robusto, 6.3” (160mm) long, of 50 ring gauge, and comes in a box of 10 cigars. This new release comes with a Seleccion Privada golden ribbon wrapped around the 10 cigars and a Limited Edition 2014 band around each cigar. It is reminiscent of the Partagas Serie D No.4, maybe a bit stronger than it; a true full body cigar. The tobacco used is from the Vuelta Abajo and is aged at least two years. It is a beautiful cigar, with a flawless construction, perfect draw and a sharp burn line throughout the whole cigar. There is a lot of wood, rich coffee and a beautiful floral quality to it. There are also hints of pepper, leather, oak, cocoa and some nice fruity cake flavor. A truly delicious creamy smoke, which will become even better after 3 to 5 years of ageing. Más información
